INTRODUCTION & INGREDIENTS

The Leaf Stems of a Baobab tree can be used to induce miscarriage. This method of inducing a Natural Miscarriage was discovered and is the traditional method used by the Pygmy Tribe of Central Africa. This procedure is best done with two people but the pregnant woman can do it alone if she has to. This method will work on pregnancies up to 3.5 months.

Necessary Ingredients

· 6 sticky Baobab leaf stems
· cotton wool
· vaginal calipers (available over the counter in most pharmacies or chemists)
· if it is impossible to obtain vaginal calipers then a sterilised plastic shoe horn will suffice
· surgical gloves
· alcohol and antibacterial soap

Step by Step Instructions

  • Step 1
Using a sterilised knife or scissors, strip about 6 Baobab leaves so just the stem remains. Be sure to leave some of the sticky sap on the stem especially at the tip as it is the tip which will be inserted into the vagina. Sterilise stems slightly with alcohol but not too much.
  • Step 2
Be sure to wash hands. When they are clean lie down in a comfortable position so that you can feel in the vagina where the cervical opening is.
  • Step 3
In order o insert the stem properly.it is necessary to have the vagina open. One can use a vaginal calipers available from most chemists. If discretion is necessary then one can use a a plastic shoe horn which is sterilised to pry an opening.
  • Step 4
Insert Baobab Leaf stem into vaginal opening and then continue twirling the stem directly into the entrance of the cervix. If stem breaks then use another. Once stem is inserted into cervix then go a little further 4 - 6 cm or until you feel a slight pain. There will be a tingling sensation. Sometimes women report feeling cold or chilly.
  • Step 5
Once stem is properly in put cotton wool in the vagina to hold stem in place. Be sure to pack the cotton wool around the stem so that it remains firmly in place.
  • Step 6
Once stem is secured with cotton then put on a pair of pants or underwear and lie down. Try not to stand up or walk around or the body will attempt to expel the stem.
  • Step 7
Try to sleep if possible. When lieing down try to keep legs closed to keep stem in position.
  • Step 8
Wait for contractions. Contractions can take anywhere from 1 - 7 hours. The longer the pregnancy, the longer the wait. Once contractions start remove stem and cotton and go to the toilet. If the miscarriage is succesful then it will seem like you are having a heavy period.
  • Step 9
Whether miscarriage is succesful or not be sure to take a hot bath or shower to relieve any lingering pain or discomfort and to relax the body.
