Question 4) Hi my name is Karina and I recently am trying one of your methods to create a miscarriage... First I took the penny royal tea for two days then to make it easier for myself I got the penny royal tinctures. In the dosages suggestion it says to drink the tea for 5 day's 4 times a day. Question 15) Hi, my girlfriend and I have been reading your page and taking your advice for a few days now, however, we're not sure if we're doing the correct method. She has been taking about 10-12 grams of Vitamin C but she's not late on her period or anything yet, we're just doing it as a precaution. B - DIRECTIONS

 

 

B1)Do I take all herbs and vitamins together at the same time? As the article suggests, you may take 500-1000mg of rutin daily along with 6-10 grams of vitamin C daily. After 5 days with no effects, then you may begin ingesting ginger root daily along with the continued use of vitamin c and rutin.

2) I could only find the 1000mg of vitamin c, so should I take 6 of those to match the 6000mg or should I take 10 to match the 10,000mg?

You may start off by taking 6 pills on your first and second days and move up to taking ten pills on your third day.


3) Can I take over 10,000mg of vitamin C per day and is a pill form the most effective method?

It is not suggested that you exceed the 10,000mg of vitamin c per day because most bodies cannot absorb the nutrients, therefore the vitamin c passes through your body in loose stools (diarrhea). It is best to work your way up to 10 grams of vitamin c within three days. The most effective form of vitamin c is through powder or crystal, pills will work just fine.


4) How much rutin a day is too much? And how many days should I take it?

Over 1000mg of rutin per day is too much and you should continue taking it until you begin menstration.
